Offload the logic to the ISY. You don't want to have multiple controllers on an Insteon network, that is one of it's major flaws. Things can get out of sync.

If HS doesn't have a plugin for the ISY then I agree with using the ELK for On/Off control from HS and use the ISY for your schedules etc. The ISY has some pretty robust logic and they have really been working on improving the options in the latest betas.

Thanks for the advice - good ideas, and I see the logic. If I add the ISY, I'll offload control to it and avoid direct control via the Homeseer PLM. Wasn't thinking it through, and thus forgot that I could still use Homeseer with control through an Elk plugin.
