Nope. This is a 10-foot interface program that lets you program your Powerlinc v2 to turn Insteon and x10 devices on and off at set times (or at offsets from dawn & dusk). It stores the schedule on the device, so you can disconnect and turn off the computer.
It also lets you control individual devices using your computer as a remote control. Screen shots are on the web page.
One thing changed from when I ordered mine in early November to today when I received it. The promised CD is not included even though it is still Plainly shown on the web page. They quietly changed the whats included from CD to instructions on how to download the software.
