Internet enabled thermostat

While surfing the web, I found this manufacture offering a thermostat which can be controlled thru the internet. It's the first one I have seen which has an ethernet port. Is anyone running one of these?

I like it, it's a shame its not x10 or Zwave compatible.

Any X10 or Com controlled tstat become internet enable when using it with HS.

Any clues as to the cost of this one?
