Junction Boxes

Can anyone identify this box.. and show me where I can get them from? I inherited a case on a job and have used them all up.

Do you need a manufacturer or only need to know what to order/ask for?

These are Dmarc enclosures for CATV/splitters. Corning or Suttle both make similar units.

The only markings on it are 'UL listed communication circuit accessory 13HJ' and I'm not finding that referenced nearly anywhere, in relation to plastic, hinged boxes. I'd like to know who makes'em and where i can get a case at a time for not-terribly secure junction box locations.
