Light switches

I have a Elk Security system installed along with a ISY994izw. I have installed Trane thermostats onto the ISY and they are functioning fine. It's time to install light switches and would like recommendations on z-wave vs Insteon. I have the PLM as it came with the ISY.
 
Looking for any input on type (z-wave vs insteon) and manufacture if z-wave.
