Anyway it looks like Lutron and Leviton settled their lawsuit. Terms were not disclosed.

Yes it was. But I can't remember it getting any buzz here and if you remember, when the suit was filed Lutron was called every name in the book for protecting their patents, so I figured a settlement would have at least gotten some coverage.
