M1 and Halo

I see Halo recessed lights at Home Depot. Will my M1 be able to control them such as turning On/Off and dimming?

I just read Dan's hardware list and looks like I need them to control the light. I remember back in 2006, the UPB, X10 were very intermittent as mentioned by previously by cocoontech members. Are they still the same as today?
