I have an M1G with two M1XREG wireless receivers. Over the past several months I have encountered a new problem where certain wireless zones, two Resolution Products RE104 driveway sensors and a GE wireless motion sensor don't show a reset after tripping. The zone(s) will stay in alarm for a number of minutes and will eventually reset, probably when the wireless sensor next responds with a status transmission.
What possible causes would there be for the zone not showing a restore? What diagnostic steps could I take to chase this down?
Update: I now have a situation where the two driveway sensors did not reset after the last trip yesterday afternoon. The keypads indicate that they are in alarm and RP reports the same. Does this sound like bad sensors or a problem with the wireless network?
