M1XEP Lost much of its setup info today...

When i went to update one of my serial expanders today, i had some wierd stuff happen:

1) first i powered down the elk
2) removed the M1XZW from it's bus
3) powered the M1 back on
4) fired up elkrp and went to send/rcv and then update

Problem #1 - again my M1XOV wasn't seen upon reboot - only the M1XOVR. Second, the m1xzw was still showing in the device listin, but as "missing" - assuming that's intentional until i reenroll. Anyway, I did a reenroll and the m1xzw was correctly removed from the list, the M1XOV correctly showed up again. For what it's worth, this isn't my first problem with loss of this output card form the system as detailed in the following post:
http://www.cocoontech.com/index.php?showtopic=9137

5) i upgraded the firmware of the M1XSP - no issues here from what i can tell... however

Problem #2 - after the update, i then clicked done, got the reconnecting message and once it reconnected i got a message noting differences in M1XEP setup... Since you can't compare and i have another pc with elkrp installed as a backup, i allowed it to recieve the values from the M1. However upon opening, my main IP info was there, but the DNSs were removed. My users/passwords were all gone (i believe i had only 1), and all my emails were gone too...

I'm not sure which action above caused it and I can easily reenter or recover from the other elkrp install, but figured i'd report it anyway...

thx
