Monitoring company not receiving alarm events

Hey all,

I had my Elk M1G monitored by alarm relay for awhile via phone line and due to some things, have a need to change monitoring companies.  To avoid using the phone lines, I'm doing monitoring over the network.

I think I have everything set correctly in the ElkRP software, but the monitoring company informs me thay're not seeing any reporting of alarm events (eg a door is opened when the alarm is on)  They say they are seeing traffic from me when I reboot the ethernet expander, but other then that, nothing.  I do see a bunch of UDP traffic being sent at them, but I'm not sure what's contained in that traffic.

Has anyone experienced this before?  Have any solutions?

Thanks

Report codes enabled?

Can you ping their receiver?

You could use something like Wireshark to see what the traffic is and where it's coming from.

I am sending them "area events, alarms, restorals, and unbypasses", and "global system events"

I get a TTL exprired for their receiver, but they're telling me they are only allowing TCP/UDP (all my traffic is UDP)

I asked them if they were seeing my traffic hitting their equipment, but I guess they don't have access to see it (some sort of 3rd part IT thing I guess)  I"m working on traffic captures now.
