multiple connection

connect one pin to several leads without soldering wires or using clamps designed for power wiring
Still not sure what you are trying to do. Please spend a few more words on your question.

Are you talking about connected TO92 case 18B20 temperature sensors directly to a cable? If you don't want to solder
use screw or spring clip terminal blocks.

If you are talking about premade temperature sensor probes wire nuts(they come in small sizes) or terminal blocks work fine.
I've used a bunch of old 4-terminal telephone junction blocks for some of my systems.

I suspect he's saying (for example) he wants to run the 8 outputs to 8 LEDs on 8 pairs of wires.
The output is easy, one wire, one terminal.
The common however, you won't GET 8 bits of hookup wire in one terminal.... short of an ugly external bunch of wires twisted together with one wire out to the single remaining terminal, how do we do it "neatly".

Me? If I'm doing it nice... I use a bit of veroboard, one strip wide, with a 4, 6, 8, 10, whatever-way I need screw connector soldered in with all the pins thus joined together.

thanks,If  I got you right: the prototyping board is exposed to shortcuts?

yeah, so do you shortcut the secondary side of the junction box in order to connect one to many wires?

What is the best technique connecting 1:n wires, for GND, +5V pins, 1-wire...
thanks

Is there a joint earth box connector for 1 mm wires, which is also isolated?

Only if you're a complete dunderhead and don't either mount it securely so it doesn't go rattling around, OR slip it into a split tube to protect the exposed underside!

If you're talking about connecting a bunch of temperature probes, here's how I did one 5 years ago - you can see 8 probes entering via a large gland at the middle-right of this image, to 8 x 3-pin connectors on a small PCB which "concentrates" the wires, back to the WC8 board.
