My wife lost the W035A wiring assembly

Is this something I can make or pick up locally at a place like Radio Shack? It looks to be a 5 pin connector, is there anything special or propietary to it?

If you can find a 1/10th inch pin spacing connector at Radio Shack it should work. Nothing else special about it. Just follow the wiring back to the PCB connector.

If you run into a problem, they are sold separately (annoying to wait to get another though).
