Haiku New Phone

I just upgraded to a new iPhone and when the device restored it was missing the Haiku app. Do i have to re download it and pay for it again?

If you are using the same app store account as before. Just login to that, then open the App Store, click on "Updates", then "Purchased" at the top, and scroll until you find it, and download it from the cloud.

Thx but it does not show up in my purchased items. Don't understand why

When you're in the app store looking at it, it'll indicate whether you need to pay for it (and how much) or it'll have an icon (cloud I think) telling you it's free and available to you.

It suggest I have to pay for it again which is what I find odd. Am I the only that has this issue?

Reboot your phone and login again.
I had this happen with an ipad mini and another purchased app.

Also make sure you're using the same Apple ID that you used when you purchased it.

I have tried all that and no luck. Very frustrating

You may need to contact Apple then, they should be able to help you with this.
