PCS New WS1D's - not turning off LED's

PCS Lighting

I just fetched a bunch of new PCS UPB switches and two of the first four I installed won't shut off the lights completely. Any suggestions before trying to get hold of the PCS support folks? That has not proven to be an easy task, in the last month anyway. Numerous unanswered emails, texts and voice messages left.

More details:

- Four WS1D's on four separate circuits were installed. One of them has the companion RWS on the other side of the room where a dumb 3-way was prior.

- All of them control dimmable LED lighting. Two circuits are LED cans (one circuit works fine, one glows very lightly when switched off), one controls a pair of LED sconces (shuts off/dims fine), one controls an outdoor LED sconce (glows a fair amount when off.)

- Doesn't matter whether controls are initiated via the new switches, scenes or Upstart - same behavior.

- All circuits were controlled via manual switches just fine for almost 10 years with no issues. Never any glowing from fixtures of any kind, on/off worked as it should. I've read LED's can pick up stray current and glow slightly, no idea if that's true or not - but with nothing changing in the wiring beyond switch replacement I can't see how that could have just started happening.

With the exception of these new switches, my UPB network is all SAI. Many of the existing SAI switches are controlling identical cans and outdoor sconces just fine. I installed all of the SAI equipment, nothing different I can see about the new switch installations other than brand. I'd be a little surprised with a 50% failure on the new PCS switches, so I'm inclined to think I might be missing something simple here.

Appreciate any suggestions.
