Hey folks.
Can anyone reccomend (from experience) a decent fax machine that :

a.) Doesn't cost 300.00+
b.) Uses a Toner, not ink cartridges.

TIA

I've always had decent luck with the Brother's series of multifunction printer / fax / scanner machines. In the MW I built a mini-office printer closet. I use an NEC PS laser printer (very well constructed - office style similiar to the older HP laser printers, HP, Alps (color) and Brother multifunction (but ink jet).

In my wife's home office using a Samsung laser printer (very small like the newer HP's - a bit cheap looking but working now for the last few years).

In the spare room have an HP and an Epson. Both fine for years.

In FL with a smaller area went to the Brother multifunction laser Fax machine. Its well constructed and I haven't had any issues with it in the last 5 years or so. But I don't use it as much. I believe I paid less than $300 for it on sale but MFG list is right around that or more.
