Noob - How do you program an HAI Omni box

So I see the Omni controller has lots of cool hardware connections.  Seems fairly simple on that end.

How does one program this thing?   Say I want to program lights to come on at dusk.  What software and how do you make this thing do magic?   Surely you must have to tell it what is connected to what and how.

Then say I want to program my iPhone to turn on the alarm and lights off.   How would I do this?

Basically the lighting is referred to as Units whatever type it is.  Programming wise you just set a group of units to turn on xx minutes after sunset.

It is very simple and basic and fast and only a few lines of automation code.

You cannot break anything and it just works.

The time consuming piece is to make a change using PC Access and upload it to the Omni Panel.  You can test much of the stuff using the live status displayed in the PC Access program.

Relating to the IPhone have a read here

Just noticed that your post is buried a bit under Microcontrollers.

Might have a bit more visibility under the HAI section or the automation section of the forum.

Home Automation ==> general section or

General ==> Marketplace ==> Home Automation Inc.  (HAI).
