Omni IIe: How to identify if board is flash-upgradable?

I used to have an Omni IIe that was not flash upgradable, so that's not really true.
Easiest way to tell would be to open the can and look at the board. There is a row of ROM chip sockets in the middle of the board. If there are chips in the left most sockets, and have a sticker that has a 2.x or 3.x version on it, you have the legacy chip version.
If instead there are no chips in the sockets and instead on the board underneath you see a small square chip, most likely it's flash.
