Output 2 - No Delay for Away Mode

It appears as though I may be able to accomplish this with rules using ElkRP, but would like to know what the "elegant" way of doing this would be.

I would like for Output 2 (speaker) to start with no delay when the system is armed to away mode. However, I would like for output 2 to follow the standard settings in ElkRP when in any stay mode.

Any tips?

what do you mean by having a delay on output 2
I have a strobe on output 2 and a speaker on output 1
what exactly are you trying to do? whats the reason for the delay?

I have an outdoor speaker on output 2 and a strobe on output 3. Within ElkRP (globals if I'm remembering correctly) there is the option to delay the triggering of output 2 which normally would be triggered at the same time as output 1 for alarms. What I want is for output 2 to delay only when the alarm is tripped in a "stay" mode simply so I could stop any possible false alarms before alerting the neighborhood. When the system is armed "away" I don't want any delay at all since I won't be there to stop any possible false alarms anyway.
