Outputs 195 & 196

I have 2 KAM's that I would like to use the relay outputs built into them. They are set to address 3 & 4. This will save me from having to run cable all the back to the M1. Is it possible to have these outputs operate independently of the card reader? The only place I see them listed in the RP software is in the rules section, making me think that they cannot be controlled outside of the card reader.  The electronic locks on those doors are already being controlled from a relay board. I'll be using these outputs to control a garage door.

I have gotten this to work, I didn't know that the resisters needed to be installed into "in1" and "in2" if not being used.

You answered your question in the first statement...they're programmable via rules.
 
Resistors are needed for the DSM and REX even if not being used, but the DSM is best to be driven off the KAM over the main  board for a couple of reasons.
