Premise Premise & Asterisk

Anyone ever play with integrating Premise & Asterisk (VoIP system)?

VOIP support is very possible provided there is a .net or c++ dll or something. Since I don't know enough C++ to make such a thing happen, I'm working on using the native phone add-in with a OBi110 using google voice:
