Problem deleting second keypad from the M1G

I dug up an old ELK m1 gold we had sitting around.

I originally had two kepyads on it. I am trying to delete keypad2 using the RP program, however, when I delete it from the database it is not letting me send that to the ELK itself.

Okay, I'll bite.  You have provided very few details, but I think you have neglected to actually connect ELK RP2 to the M1G.  Yes, you may have the cable connected, but have you clicked on the "Connection" pulldown and selected how you want to connect?

If that doesn't work, you need to tell us exactly what you are seeing.  "Not letting me send" is useless.

I have connected it the M1G. I connect via athe M1EXP. When I connect it says there is a conflict. It says there is a keypad2 on the system but not in database.

In an attempt to delete it, I received the meypad2 into the database. I then right click on keypad 2 and click Remove Keypad 2. I confirm, it says sending keypad2.

However when I tell it to check for conflicts again, it pops up with keypad2 again.

Thank you

Try doing an Enroll/Update from the Send/Rcv menu, then Enroll on the following screen.  It should re-enroll only things that are connected, so if the second keypad is no longer connected it should be taken out of the system.

How about dumping the panel altogether, then loading a "correct" program into the panel and reenrolling the bus devices.

Have you addressed the conflicts and deleted the KP?
