problem with elk rms software

hi everyone. having a small problem with my rms software. was running the rm software on 2 windows7 pcs with no problem. when i updated to the rms software, i now have a problem with the video section. the problem occurs when i view video from my dedicated micros eco4. it does not happen on any other video. have enclosed a snap shot out the problem. any help would be greatly welcome.

Missed you are running Windows 7, so you do have 3.5 installed. Hopefully ELK will see this thread, if not, bump it again in a few days, and I'll ping em.
