I just purchased an M1 kit without the enclosure, then I got to thinking.....is there anything else I should have ordered to ensure it will mount in my Leviton box?
The M1 has a plastic backplate it sits in. You can mount the plastic backplate and then put the board in. You MIGHT have to drill a hole or two to mount the plastic back plate.
I mounted my M1 in a Leviton structured wiring cabinet and just drilled some holes and used sheet metal screws. Various cabinet suppliers do offer adapter brackets, so you might check with them.
