RCS TR40 Tstat - Dead WDU

Just came back from a weekend away, and noticed that my tstat display is blank/empty. Nothing is displaying, but i do have power to it, as it is backlight. I have it connected to an Elk M1 and it had been working flawlessly up until now. I have tried turning the furnance off and letting it sit for a while and have disconnected it from the Elk. Has anyone experienced this before? I am hoping it is not a dead Wall Unit... Just wondering if there are any additional troubleshooting i can try.

Is the HVAC system working? The only time I've seen my wall unit not have power/display is when the main system is down.

Yes, the HVAC system works fine. I ran some tests last night, and the call for heat, a/c work, and fan work as they are supposed to.

did you try disconnecting the power wire and reconnecting it? you may lose any schedules locally on the unit if you do this keep in mind.

How long ago did you buy it? You should be able to get it fixed.
