Recieveing Firmware Unknow Error

I currently am having trouble accessing haiku from outside my LAN.  My LAN works fine however when outside access is attempted I get an error Firmware unknown.
 
I have FIOS and a Westell 9100 router.  I have setup the port forwarding as describe with TCP and UDP port 4369 still no luck.  Is there a trick with the fios router that I need to know.
 
Firmware 3.7  Omni Pro II
 
I have verified encryption keys and all the info is entered in the Iphone correctly.  Please Help

What method are you using to determine your IP address when outside your house? or do you pay extra for a fixed IP address?
