Remote Septic Holding Tank Monitoring

HI, New user here.
I have a 2000 gallon septic holding tank that i need to monitor remotely.
I have phone to the site and electric,
There is a simple contact switch that closes a contact and sets off an alarm. I can silence the alarm by pushing a button and it resets after the tank is pumped.
This is a remote site so i don't visit it everyday like i did previously.
Any simple way to have this call me, email me or text me when it fills?
Thanks in advance for your help!

I'm assuming this location isn't part of your property?  If it is a remote location, your options are somewhat limited, unless you are willing to pay a monthly fee and rely on GSM SMS messages for reporting/control.

They are not cheap, but THIS Omega auto-alarm dialers will dial various phone numbers, tell you a contact closure has happened and then you can even know which one of their multiple inputs has closed.  Works as a self standing unit using only a telephone.  It will also rotor through a series of phone numbers until someone responds just in case the first call doesn't answer.  There may be cheaper units with less channels out there as well.

EDIT: Quick search yielded THIS cheaper unit.

Even Radio Shack had several versions of "auto dialer" or "alarm dialer" a few years back.  They delivered a prerecorded message.  Can probably find such things still with google or try amazon.  Resetting the alarm is another issue.  Sounds like a job for a small microprocessor board or maybe just replace the alarm buzzer with a light so it still shows a problem but is less obnoxious.

I was thinking a scenario like this (that would give him the 'reset' he was looking for):

Alarm contact closed indicating full
Autodialer dialer rotors through dialing numbers until 'someone' acknowledges the alarm
Alarm is acknowledged and thus will not notify or dial anymore
Pump empties tank and the contact closure is back to its normal state

Actually, you could even have another sensor indicate that transition from full to empty and have the autodialer notify you of that condition as well (or monitor the pump's current with a threshold contact closure that is pretty cheap).
