Russound Keypad under covered porch?

I'm looking for ideas on protecting a Russound Keypad under a covered porch. Even though this is a covered porch, I would like for the keypad to have a weatherproof cover. Is there a "best practice" for this installation? It seems that the vast majority of weatherproof covers are junk and will be broken within a year. Suggestions?

P.S. The keypad is an Uno-S1, and it fits a single gang decora style plate.

This is the one I've been using for the past five years but I see it's now discontinued at smarthome.

Hope this helps,

I use something similar from Carlon in a double gang for my outside. It's only been installed for 2 months, but with the amount of rain we've had, it's held up thus far. I plan on removing it every winter and reinstalling in spring to avoid problems w/ extreme cold exposure. I assume it will break down after some time and will plan on replacing it with something similar or more robust if that comes along.

I'm not sure if this one will be big enough on the inside for the Russound keypad, but this is what I used for an Elk M1KPAS keypad outdoors:

The interior knocks out to give you enough room for a decora size switch for height, and about 50% larger than a decora switch for width. I also like it because it has a very low profile.

I saw an advert in a magazine recently for a new product from Arlington Industries - it's a double gang weatherproof cover.

I visited the Arlington site - not very user friendly. But in the Arlington Weatherproof .pdf catalog (second page from the end), I came across the 'Dri Box', available in both single and double gang. Not a low profile. I like Sacedog's rec.

I found their new product - double gang only.
