Samsung Smart TV turn off via HTTP Commands

I got to thinking after reading through a thread where some people were using Vera to turn off their Samsung Smart TVs.  I already have an "All Off" button on my Radio RA2 setup, but the downside is that it only controls the lights - it's not as impressive, as it doesn't kill the TVs or the A/V receivers at the moment.  What if I could take it a step further, and have it turn off some of these other devices as well?

There's a plugin for Vera that allows turning off of Samsung Smart TVs via HTTP (you can't turn it back on however, as it doesn't have Wake On Lan functionality from what I've read), so I know that it's possible.  I'd like to do this same concept, but via the Elk M1.  Scenarios would be things like when armed = away, turn off TVs, etc.

Eventually, I'd like to expand this into the Radio RA 2 world through some more rules, but I'll be happy if I can just control it via the Elk for now.

Has anyone run across any of the HTTP commands for the Samsung TVs?  I'm looking for a few resources to get started.  I ran a quick search, and it pulls back all kinds of controls for android, etc.  I'd like to see the actual protocols though...

Thanks to anyone that can help!

Thanks!
