Hello,
We have been trying to install some hardwired ALC switches (formerly from On-Q Legrand... now sold by SetnetPro). The switches themselves work as far as controlling lighting (and master-slave communication). However, we have been unable to send proper messages to them for automation purposes.
The documentation seems to be pretty lacking, and it seems like most people on this forum were able to get them working with the aid of SceneTech.
I know this software was discontinued, but does anyone know any place that it might still be available for download?
(In particular, most of our message's HEX string that we formed on our own seems to match the limited examples that are provided in the documentation... except for the first two characters. Sometimes the examples have a 22 or a 23 or a 24 as the first two hex characters. We're assuming it's some sort of ready or polling, but have been unable to figure out exactly what to put for these first two characters and when. We're hoping Scenetech or some other software might help us properly craft these messages.)
Any assistance is much appreciated!
