Haiku Screen dims

Just updated to the latest version of Haiku on my iPad, unfortunately it seems like the screen will turn dark after few minutes except the title at the top will still cycle Outdoor Tempreature, Insecure zones, etc. If I hit the screen then I can see the GUI again. Is there any way it stays on whatever screen it's active and never dims down?

In iPad settings, screen dark and screen lock are both set to OFF. It worked with the last version of Hakiu.

Are you using Haiku mounted to a wall or something similar? You have Keypad mode enabled and that is what is causing this behaviour (its to protect the screen from burn in damage). You are not worried about the screen and would prefer that Haiku had an option to just keep the screen on anyway with keypad mode enabled?

Correct, iPad is mounted to the wall. It hasn't caused any burn in issues and yes I'd prefer an option to keep the screen on while keypad mode is enabled.

Also I noticed the option to prevent screen lock is gone? Any chance to add it back?

Thanks for your response.

Just another comment if we could configure the sounds that would be cool too. I like all the sounds but they are quiet. It could be because most of my ipads are in iports on the wall but still I think it is a bit on the quiet side. I would like a LOUD sound set if possible maybe in keypad mode?

Option to prevent screen lock is coming.

We'll see about configurable sounds in a future version (we're working on a bigger update).

What would really be cool is a screen saver that can be linked to a Picasa or Instagram account. There are no good screen savers for the iPad.
