Security camera software for multiple trigger zones

I recently started using a logitech alert outdoor camera to monitor my backyard. The software lets you draw zones (boxes) to trigger a motion detected event, which will send you an email and a snapshot.

I would like to leverage motion detection for home automation and security. Specifically, I want to be able to draw multiple zones (eg, deck, yard, and patio), each of which would trigger a different security and/or automation event.

Does anyone know of software that would enable this? It needs two things that I don't currently have:
1) motion detection in more than one "zone" specified in the camera's view, and
2) ability to trigger an event by calling an executable or making a http request or something else I can integrate into vera.

Any ideas?

iSpy http://www.ispyconnect.com/ can definitely do number 2, Not sure about number 1

Thanks - this looks promising. It looks like I can just add multiple instances of the same camera and then create different motion detection zones on each instance.  For example, I could add 3 instances of my backyard camera and then draw a zone on one to watch my deck, a zone on another to watch my yard, etc.  I still need to play around with it more, but it looks like it might work.  Only downside is lots of cpu usage.
