Has anyone dealt with these people? I ordered some stuff on Nov 17, they charged my card, but I have not received anything from them, and repeated emails have been ignored. I told them if I didn't hear from them by tomorrow I was going to dispute the charge on my card. Still no response.

I would not recommend doing business with them based on my experience.

Can someone tell me where else I can get these? I want to use it to cable my TV, subwoofer, receiver, satellite box, and HTPC together and to an eye hook screwed tightly into the wall studs.

Wow, the power of Cocoontech I *just* got an email apologizing for the delay and telling me my order has shipped, along with a tracking number. I still want to know why I didn't get a confirmation email that my order shipped, but I'll ask that tomorrow. I've gotten used to ordering from NewEgg and Amazon and getting my order within a day or two, with an immediate email when shipped and full tracking info.

Now I need one more cable to discretely lock my PC and monitor to my coffee table (I built the PC in the living room, and it never made it back upstairs)

I've often wondered if this was worth doing. If you have insurance, it might be better for the equipment to just disappear in the case of a burglary instead of the thieves leaving the broken behind. Some insurance companies make not pay for it if it still works, or may make you send it in to have it repaired. I wouldn't want to deal with that.

You make a good point. I hadn't really thought of that.

My tactic is just to delay, delay, delay. As many people have said, if they really want in, they'll get in. If they really want something you have, they will get it. I'm just trying to deter the average punk trying to get some quick money rather than earn it like everyone else does. Plus there is the psychological factor. I'm not as paranoid as I was right after the burglary, but I still want to take steps to make me feel better.

I watched "It Takes a Thief" on TV when it was on, and they indicated the same thing. Most burglars are out for a quick score. If your house looks more difficult to get into, they will probably move on to the next. I remember one episode he broke into a magician's house, and he would pick something up and it would burst into flames or something would spring out and he got all weirded out and just wanted to get out of there.

My next step is to train my cat to be an attack cat :lol:
