Junctioning doesn't mean that devices are series connected, it just means the field cabling is not a direct home run on a single cable to the peripheral device.
I'm stretching here, but without more test equipment besides a basic DMM, you're going to be hard pressed to prove there is or is not an issue.
Were the doors installed when the rough in was done? Could it be possible these are pull strings only attached to the finished wiring? Are there keypads installed in proximity to these doors?
How many conductors were run for a normal circuit vs. the doors?
Is there access above or below the doors? I know in my area, if the door isn't in, I'll leave a coil in the basement and drill the door after the fact rather than dealing with a tiny hole the carpenter puts in the jamb (usually too close or too far from the c/l of the door).
