If Sh were to publically acknowledge every exchange they would be inundated. Because people here said they exchanged theirs I pushed the issue since it would have cost me about $700 to replace the current bad ones.
I am not trying to bankrupt them at all. Its just I paid a lot of money and want the product to work. The ones that do work I like. They have features others dont and they are honestly cheaper then the others. At todays prices though they are out of my budget especially if they have short lives.
I would hope to get 7 to 10 years out of a switch but as someone over at SH Forum pointed out they dont have to make a switch that lasts beyond the warranty. If it does great.

Yes you are right Tom did me a favor. I apologized somewhere on here already. It did push SH over teh edge though so yes he did me a favor by ticking me off (for no reason since I was mistaken about what he said). A few people read it the same way I did and emailed me so it depends on how you read it.
