I am retrofitting an Elk-M1. There is an existing 12V wired siren mounted in the hallway outside the alarm cupboard, an ATW DT-24 (http://www.amazon.com/ATW-Security-DT24/dp/B002MA6EAQ) I also have an ELK-73 speaker that came with the M1.
What should I do?
1) Replace the siren with the ELK-73 and connect it to OUT1 on the M1?
2) Attach the siren to OUT2 on the M1, and put the ELK-73 in the alarm cupboard attached to OUT1?
3) Forget about the ELK-73 altogether?
