Starting Out with Elk M1Gold Series

I am new to this site and I am quoting my first Elk security and automation job. Security is my primary work and I get that, it is the other that I am having issues with. What my client is looking..
1.Lighting control
2.Thermostat control (sorry is spelled wrong)
3.Door Control but not with readers but with z-wave
4.Control of System through iphone/android/pc/mac
5.Cameras

I have made a list from elk/psc....but if there are other ways to do this any help would be great. If you would like the list i have made please let me know.

Your current list would help so we can tell you what's missing - but I really don't like the idea of you installing this for a customer with no training or prior experience! Granted, the security aspect is probably easier to program than some cheaper systems - this is a complex job and you'll be learning in the customer's house - it'll take more hours than you expect too.

Welcome to CT! You should definitely post the list. And, use the distributor to help specify/design.

There are some Elk video seminars at the Elk website, and I think there are some video links posted in the Home Security subforum as sticky threads, at the top of the forum list.

Yeah, be prepared to spend extra time designing and installing, but it will be useful for future installs too.
