Premise Starting over again (easy question - which OS)

Sound off - which OS are you running Premise on and what are the pro's and con's that you've personally encoutered?

I've run it on XP, Windows 7 and Windows Home Server (Windows Server 2003). Probably Vista, but I must have blocked that memory...

I haven't really noticed any substantive issues; I prefer WHS - it had much better accessibility and ran more like a 'server'

I *think* some features of some add-ins may only work on XP such as Rob's TAPI voicemail and automation browser phone.
