Just for fun I called SH today just to see what story I would get about bad switches / paddles on the old 2386W's switches.... Nothing has changed... no extended warranty, no accomidation...

Oh well... I've actually replaced a few with Leviton HCM06-1DW just so I never have to deal with this problem again.

Oh well... I've actually replaced a few with Leviton HCM06-1DW just so I never have to deal with this problem again.

I'm replacing the bad microswitches in my 2384 and 2385 series SwitchLincs. I wrote up a procedure on how to do it. Dan should be posting it somewhere.
