TANEMICRO Ultra Mini Surface Mount Contact

I tried a couple of these really small magnetic contacts:

on my vinyl windows, and they seem to work as well as the "normal" sized ones. Before I order a bunch more, I just thought I'd ask if anyone has any experience with them.

I tried a search on "Tane" and " Tane " but most of the ten pages of hits were "simultaneous."

How long of wire comes on those?

approx. 12" leads. They're also a thinner gauge wire.
