Telephone Accounts

OKAY,
Maybe its just me, but when I go to the telephone icon under RP, I cant add a telephone number. Does anyone know where to add these numbers? The manual isnt much help either, as it only gives the keypad route. Is this the only way to enter phone numbers?

Try right-clicking TELEPHONE.
