Total wireless security system for boat

Hi experts!

I come back here, after a long inactivity in the home automation field, with a new fresh question. I need to install a wireless security system in a yacht and I'm currently evaluating the available options. These are my needs:

- Wireless detectors: smoke, intrusion, panic button and water flood and/or wireless switch for custom wired detectors.
- Free ISM bands in Europe: 868MHz or 433MHz
- Multiple keypads.
- GSM modem for sending custom SMS messages and maybe dialing to a list of phones
- RS232 port and available protocol for integration with other systems

Optional:
- GPRS interface and built-in web pages for configuration and monitoring

At this point Visonic's PowerMax systems seem to cover all my needs but I'd like to hear from you about any other recommendation.

Mmm... I think Elkguard does not feature smoke detection either...
