Haiku Unable to delete some cameras in Haiku

I added some cameras and modded others in my existing setup.
 
I could add the new cameras and edit the existing cameras in Haiku no problem.
However there are some cameras I cannot delete. 
One of them is now a redundant entry and I want to get rid of it.
 
When I press the Edit icon on the Cameras page, the red (mark for delete) icon shows up to the left of some cameras but not others.
 
What may be keeping the cameras from being deleted in Haiku?

The cameras you can't delete are in your Extended Setup in PC Access. You need to delete them from there and upload the Extended Setup configuration to the controller, then clear cache in Haiku.
