Motorola Premise
Hi,

I have developed a device that have 42 digital I/O. My device use UPnP protocol. It working very well in windows vista and using the Intel Upnp tools to test the Upnp Protocols. Now I have try to use my device in PremiseSys but i have a problems with device service subscription.
I use the spUPNP.dll in PremiseSys and i have change the Port SSDP port from 1900 to 3976 and the PremiseSys find the corrent device specifications.
My problem is the subscription to the services of device, PremiseSYS dont't sent to device the UpNP request for SUBSCRIBE the Service.
You have experience in this problems?

Thank'you for support

Luca,
Welcome to Cocoontech!

I don't have much experience with Premise and UPnP (other than it uses SSDP to find its servers) however I know that there are two UPnP drivers available:

UPnP
The first driver, UPnP, is a Native Premise driver (spUPnP.dll) developed by the manufacturer.

UPnP Control Point
The second driver, UPnP Control Point, is a Minibroker-based driver developed by a Premise user called "John in VA".

John's UPnP Control Point driver is posted in the old Premise forum on Yahoo. For your convenience, I've re-posted it in the Premise Downloads section.

I haven't used either driver so I can't comment on their features and capabilities. However, there are Premise users here who have used John's driver and maybe they can help you.
