Vera 2 - Mios.com

I just recently purchased and set up a Vera 2 system. When I log into my mios account it shows "None" under myMiOS systems. But under "MiOS systems on my home network controlled by others" it shows my Vera system. This is only visible when I am connected to my home wifi network.

I am also unable to access my system remotely, when I am not on wifi. I'm guessing these issues are related. Does anyone know how to move my system from "controlled by others" to "myMiOS systems"?

I don't know how to fix this problem, but I would recommend asking on the micasaverde forums. I've received a quick response to all of my questions there.

I posted there yesterday. No reply. Also submitted a support request at micasaverde and mios, both with no response yet. Just hoping someone here would know since this seems to be a more active forum
