(Very) Small Form Factor Occupancy Sensor / Motion Detector

I'd like to integrate Occupancy Sensing into my HA plan. Unfortunately there is low WAF to putting the typical fist-sized white wall warts in every room (actually, there is zero WAF).

Are there any super small occupancy sensors? Ceiling mounted?

Visonic makes some small ones. Clip & Spy series

That's exactly what I am looking for. Thank you.

I bought 22/4 to run to my security locations. The Clip needs 6 wires- 4 data, 2 power. The power is 10-16v with a current draw of 12.5 mA.

How should I wire this? Bring in 2 more wires? Do they sell 22/6? Should I run a Cat5 with it? How about POE?

I am pre-wiring with 22/4 and thought (wrongly) the it would cover me for the future.

Argh.

Terminals 5/6 are for tamper detection. For occupancy you don't want these connected anyway.
