Has anyone gone through the process of setting up a vga matrix to connect multiple computers to multiple monitors throughout the home?

Are you looking for a system that will simply display the same input on all displays at the same time? Or are you looking for something that can switch between mulitple inputs?
They are not cheap, but you can get a 4x1 swtich by Gefen or a 8x1 switch by Key Digital.
Another option would be to use a RBGHV switcher from autpatch or another manufacturer and use a breakout cable to separate the VGA to RGBHV. This is probably the only option if you need more than 1 concurrent output at a time.
