voice silencing rule? Elk M1G

I had set my voice announcements to silence after 11:00pm on non-alarm alerts. I have a driveway sensor set on one of my zones set as 16=non-alarm. I have it announce when it detects vehicles in the drive. I am wondedring if I can still deactivate voices after 11:00pm but keep announcing the driveway sensor?? Can I set it to something other than 16=non-alarm without tripping the alarm when set?? Thanks in advance for any help!!

I'm not sure of an easy way, but I do something similar and use an output to trigger announcements.

So whenever the driveway sensor is triggered, turn on output x for 10 seconds
and make your annoucement just like normal

Also, have an output y turned out whenever voice messages are disabled like 11pm

whenever output x is on
and output y is on
turn on annoucements
announce driveway triggered

whenever output x if off
and output y is off
turn off annoucements

I tried turning on annoucements and turning them off in the same rule and the annoucement would get truncated some times.
