Water Cooler recommendations

Can anyone recommend an Energy star compliant water cooler which gets good reviews, but is still affordable? I have been looking for a while now, but I am having a hard time finding something which gets positive reviews.

I did look there, but there are so many of them listed. It's harder to find a unit which has more than 2-3 good reviews. I have tried searching on Amazon, Target, WalMart etc. I'm looking for something which offers hot and cold, child proof, energy efficient, and is affordable.

Agreed - finding any with reviews has been less than optimal. I did want to note - there was one on the Lowes website which had some bad reviews and one person even mentioned that it tipped over particularly easy (by their dog). I am not sure if you have any animals, kids, etc. but it may be worth it to look into bottom-load models.

Here is a bottom-load model that I came across on the Lowe's website:

Upon further review - I do think the sound of the compressor of the bottom-load would get old. Would be interested to hear how loud it actually is.

I've gone through a few and found that most are poorly built and some break down sooner than others. I end up buying mine through costco, usually for around 150 or so. When it breaks, I exchange it for a new one, with their lifetime policy. I have the Vitapur one right now and works well. It's not on their website currently.
