Windows 10 issues with ELK

I am quite shocked that Elk support site doesn’t have a high priority message that a good percentage of customers cannot connect their M1XEP’s. This sucks, if you don’t have a restore point, you have to find an old Win7 version. I guess I could see if Microsoft has issue a recent patch or technote to restore old behavior.

 
The image I've attached is from the current Elk home page. Clicking on the link, they provide a firmware update utility that you can use on W10 to update the XEP firmware without requiring you to have a Win7 machine.

Thanks for pointer. This special updater fixed my connection problems. The Elk XEP (http://www.elkproducts.com/m1_downloads.html) doesn't have a reference to this utility.
