Wireless 220v System

I live in egypt and i want to create a wireless lighting and security system in my parents house but here we use 220v so i want to know if there are 220v products that would work here

Z-Wave works in Europe, so I would guess Z-Wave is an option for you. There is also a 220V version of UPB (not wireless, but uses the power lines to communicate).

okay thanks dan, another question, if i buy the European Z-wave controller (220v),will the US (Non-European) Z-wave devices that run on batteries work on that controller or not because of the frequency issue? like for example can i add the kwikset smartcode deadlock to my european z-wave network? if not..can i just buy the US Z-Wave controller and and just use a step down transformer but i guess then the dimmers and switches wont work because they have to be 220v right?
